We get it, not everything works out perfectly. If it did, we’d all be front-row at Paris Fashion Week. ✨
Returns can be made within 7 days from the date you’ve received all your items. Please note that minor loose threads or slight marks are not considered quality issues.
Our return address is in Ottawa, Canada, where we can serve our global audience best. At this time, customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs (we’re working on friendlier options in the future 💌).
Shipping fees, including expedited shipping charges, are non-refundable in the event of a return. Items that are damaged, worn, or missing original packaging/tags will not be accepted. If returned in unsuitable condition, your request may be refused.
⚠️ Important: The return address is not the same as the one on your package label. Do not send items back without first contacting us to receive the correct return instructions.
⚠️ Fraud Prevention: At BLVME, we share values with our community and have zero tolerance for fraudulent orders. Any intentional misuse will be reported to local authorities.
1) How to Return an Item
Email us at contact@blvme.com.
Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Please note: only one return request per order is allowed.
We’ll reply with instructions within 48 business hours.
Refunds are issued as a BLVME e-gift card (excluding original shipping fees). A $6 restocking fee per item will apply.
2) How to Cancel My Order
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed by emailing contact@blvme.com.
A 5% cancellation processing fee will be applied.
Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled or amended. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3) How Returns Work
Returns typically take 2–3 weeks to arrive at our warehouse.
Processing at the warehouse can take another 2–3 weeks.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is received.
Refunds are issued as a BLVME e-gift card, minus shipping costs and the $6 restocking fee per item.
4) Exchanges
We understand size and style preferences can change.
Items must be unused, unworn, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5) Final Sale & Custom Orders
Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Custom-made orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
6) Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are heavily discounted and considered final sale.
No returns or exchanges are offered for wholesale purchases.
We encourage wholesale customers to first order a small selection at retail price to confirm fit and quality.
